I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Singapore. And I've lived and worked in Australia, Malaysia, The Netherlands, and India.
I built a very successful career as a Corporate Psychologist, a Big-Four Consultant and Trainer, and Learning & Development policy advisor. I've kicked-off the first Female Leadership Programs for high achieving corporate women worldwide. I'm also a NLP Master Coach and a Himalayan trained Yoga Teacher.
I've been an independant business owner in the coaching business for 12 years and I have worked with a variety of modalities throughout the years, ranging from mindfulness to CBT and feminine energetic-practices I learned during my travels. Between 2020 - 2022 I ran a succesful online jewerly business.
I've always been passionate about travelling and learning contemporary methods to make growth and learning fun. So international business consulting, coaching, training, and innovative ways to move people forward is my jam, it's what I've done - it's what I've always done.
